NDLEL’MHLOPHE is a fully owned and controlled black consulting firm driven by academically qualified and experienced individual to deliver effective services in both private and public sectors.

We are a medium sized consulting firm situated in Bloemfontein in the Free State Province, but that does not limit us in rendering our quality service to all clients situated outside our borders as we have effective cloud storage system where information can be securely saved for us to work on, there are no limitations for us.

We are a customer focused company in order to deliver desired value proposition to all our clients and we always maintain our independence and objectivity.

OUR COMPANY MANAGEMENT

The company is registered as a Close Corporation, with Ndlela Mahlaba as the only member of the Close Corporation. Mr. Mahlaba is responsible for the day to day management of the business and providing strategic leadership and skills development. Mr. Mahlaba backed himself with relevant academic qualification and has collective experience of the industry that is over 9 years also he is the member of the following professional bodies for continuous professional development and imparting with knowledge:

Chartered Institute of Business Accountant (CIBA) with a designation of Business Accountant in Practice – BAP (SA),
South African Institute of Tax Professionals (SAIT) with a designation of General Tax Practitioner GTP (SA); and
Institute of Internal Auditors of South Africa – IIA (SA) with general membership designation.

Mr. Mahlaba is a former member of South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) which he went through their training for a period of 3 years with one of the big five companies in Auditing. He also gained vast experience on his past employment on both private and public sector while he was still running the practice part-time.
